COVID-19
During the pandemic of 2020-2021 health safety protocols will be put in place to protect the passengers and flight crew from unnecessary risks. These will be changed as needed so check in at least one week prior to your desired flight date for up-to-date procedures.

- To make a reservation within 48 hours of your desired date or if you already have a reservation or gift certificate in your possession, please call 614-271-5278 to schedule your flight.
- Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent.
- Pregnant women may not fly.
- Anyone having recent surgery, broken bones or joint replacement within the previous two years may not fly. (we recommend that you check with your doctor if you have any concerns about participating in an a balloon ride that requires moderate activity.)
- All flights are weather dependent.
